Hi, I’m Alex — the founder of Tech Grandson.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people feel more comfortable and confident with technology. Whether it’s setting up a new phone, troubleshooting a computer, organizing photos, or fixing frustrating Wi-Fi problems, I enjoy making technology simpler and less stressful.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Web Development and have a strong background in helping people with technology and guiding them through problems step-by-step. During my time at ASU, I also worked as a tutor, which taught me how to explain things clearly, patiently, and in a way that people can actually understand.

One of the things I care about most is not just fixing problems, but helping people learn and feel more confident using their devices. I believe tech support should feel approachable, patient, and trustworthy — never overwhelming or intimidating.

I take pride in my professionalism, communication, and treating every customer with respect. My goal is simple: provide friendly, reliable tech help that people can genuinely count on.

I’m based in Casa Grande and proudly serve the surrounding communities with in-home tech support and guidance.
